Workshop Software, Inc. is seeking a curious and ambitious Product Design Intern to help shape internal communications and explore how AI can make work more creative, intuitive, and human. You’ll collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to translate real customer needs into thoughtful experiences and build prototypes with AI mentorship.

This hybrid role is based in our Omaha, Nebraska office. Summer 2026 interns must be in Omaha.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to craft user-centered features and experiences.
Participate across the design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and high-fidelity design.
Explore how AI can help internal communications teams create better content and reach employees.
Experiment with AI tools to build interactive prototypes and test ideas.
Help make AI-powered experiences understandable and useful with clear feedback and control.
Contribute to design critiques and ship polished solutions with mentorship.
