Google LLC is seeking a Head of Planning Automation for Equipment Supply Chain to lead the design and delivery of automated planning solutions across global DC operations. You will own the technical roadmap, drive cross-functional collaboration, and translate business requirements into scalable, data-driven systems.

The role demands deep expertise in program management, data architecture, and large-scale ETL pipelines, with a focus on enabling AI-first planning and enterprise-grade reliability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in program management.
• 7 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports.

• Evaluate and govern how planning engine core upgrades and logic modifications impact downstream systems and data pipelines.
• Review complex engineering and database designs to ensure scalability and low latency.
• Harmonize business planning cycles with engineering sprints to prevent disruptions.
• Architect programmatic, high-performance measurement systems using SQL/BigQuery.
