Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare strategy, product, analytics, technology, or related field.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed orgs.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Excel proficiency; SQL/BI tools a plus.
• Experience developing business cases, ROI analyses, financial models, and exec-level recommendations.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights, decisions and action plans.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve performance, experience, scalability, and efficiency via technology, automation, and AI.
• Develop executive-ready business cases, ROI analyses, financial models, and investment recommendations.
• Lead technology-enabled initiatives from concept through implementation and scale.
• Translate business needs into requirements, workflows, operating models and user experiences.
• Define KPIs, tracking, and governance; provide progress updates to leadership.
