Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of experience as Full stack developer with at least 2 to 4 years in generative AI or RAG systems.
• Expertise in chunking techniques and embedding strategies.
• Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RAG pipelines using hybrid search and metadata enrichment.
• Finetune and evaluate LLMs for tasks like QA and sentiment analysis.
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
