Responsibilities
- Contribute to requirements elicitation and document business needs.
- Facilitate software design discussions and document decisions.
- Participate in coding and integrate new features while maintaining stability.
- Conduct code reviews and manage changes in code repositories.
- Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
- Develop user training materials and support frameworks for new software.
- Assist in resolving production issues and improve system reliability.
