ByteDance’s AI for Science team seeks an AI Molecular Dynamics Algorithm Researcher to advance biology and materials through ML, computational chemistry, and high-throughput computation. You will join a multidisciplinary scientific computing research team and tackle challenging problems with bold ideas, aiming for breakthroughs by year-end onboarding.

Successful candidates will have a PhD and strong coding skills (Python/C/C++, CUDA, Triton), with MD or quantum chemistry/ML experiences;

Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related discipline.
• Strong communication, teamwork, proactive learning, and conscientious work ethic.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/C/C++) with solid engineering capability.

Responsibilities

• Join a research team to solve problems in biology and materials science.
• Stay up to date with AI for Science developments in biology, materials science, quantum chemistry, and intelligent agents.
