This role sits at the intersection of investing, operations, and technology—underwriting not just what a business is today, but what it can become when our AI platform and growth team are embedded within it.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years experience in investment banking or private equity.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Ability to translate analyses into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own core deal lifecycle workstreams: diligence, structuring, negotiation, and financing.
• Request and analyze data to distill key findings for the team.
• Evaluate unit economics, pricing power, and cost structure to identify AI value drivers and risks.
• Build and underwrite operating and valuation models; assess standalone and AI-driven improvements.
• Partner with technology and operations teams to scope and quantify AI-enabled value opportunities pre- and post-close.
• Collaborate with management to implement strategic initiatives and build reporting infrastructure.
