Job summary

PwC in Los Angeles is seeking a Strategy & Deals Technology Strategy Senior Associate to guide clients through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. You will provide strategic advice, due diligence, and valuation services, building client connections and deep business context.

In this role you will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and contribute across the full transaction lifecycle from deal strategy to post-deal value creation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed an MBA.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Senior Associate positions are for candidates in their final year of MBA at application time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence to support mergers and acquisitions.
• Develop acquisition strategies and evaluate business plans to identify growth opportunities.
• Perform competitive and industry trend analyses to inform strategic decisions.
• Create detailed financial models to assess deal structures and outcomes.
• Support post-merger integration to maximize value creation and strategic objectives.
• Engage in scenario analyses to anticipate risks and opportunities in deal execution.
• Collaborate with corporate development teams to drive strategic planning and execution.
• Analyze financial statements to provide insights into financial health and performance.
• Assist in developing strategic initiatives for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
• Apply financial risk analysis to identify and mitigate uncertainties.
