Job summary

Cisco in the United States is seeking a Corporate Development Acquisition Integration Manager to lead across design and day-to-day execution of the CDI practice, shaping how integrations are delivered on active deals. Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in program management, business process transformation, or a similar business operations role, ideally within M&A integration or a large, matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated experience designing or redesigning operating models, methodologies, or business processes.
• Experience piloting or applying AI tools to improve business processes or decision-making.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• As Corporate Development Acquisition Integration Manager, you will operate across both the design and the day-to-day execution of Cisco’s M&A integration practice.
• You will help evolve the integration methodology, operating model, and playbooks that define how Cisco integrates acquired businesses, and you will deploy, coach, and optimize those capabilities on active deals so the team executes consistently across every integration.
• You will drive innovation by helping define the AI strategy and roadmap for the practice — then getting hands on keys to build it.
• As the builder, you will incubate Next Generation capabilities and emerging technologies like AI agents, working directly with Integration Leads and deal teams on active deals to experiment, refine, and deploy new tools and approaches.
• You will prioritize and pilot what shows the most promise, measure impact, and graduate validated capabilities into standard practice.
• Partnering with the IMO and deal teams from diligence through execution, you will activate governance and best practices — including new AI-enabled tools — on every integration.
