• Role is Chicago-based and in office; candidates based in Chicago area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run sell-side M&A deals from prep through close using proprietary AI tools for marketing materials, buyer lists, and diligence.
• Work directly with business owners and sophisticated buyers.
• Build your own network of strategic buyers and PE firms in your vertical.
• Shape the technology transforming how these deals get done.
