Job summary

Accenture is a Consultant to drive hands-on execution across Life Sciences Warehouse and Transportation Management transformation programs. You will modernize warehousing and logistics for pharma, biotech, and medical device clients, combining regulated‑industry delivery with AI‑powered automation and intelligent transportation management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience delivering both warehouse and transportation management system implementations in life sciences.
• Fluency across WMS and TMS with SAP EWM/TM, Manhattan WMS/TM, or Blue Yonder WMS/TM.
• 3+ years of TMS delivery experience in life sciences distribution including cold chain and temperature alerts.
• Ability to integrate WMS/TMS with ERP, quality management, and visibility systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WMS and TMS implementations across life sciences clients, coordinating with SI teams and clients.
• Validate activities and document audit trails per GxP, GDP, and quality standards.
• Lead design and implementation of TMS for cold chain management and lane optimization.
• Integrate WMS and TMS within broader enterprise architecture with ERP and QA systems.
• Apply AI and automation to warehouse and transportation operations.
• Design order fulfillment processes for life sciences channels, including returns and recalls.
• Develop reusable delivery assets and configuration templates for the Life Sciences Fulfillment practice.
• Engage in hands-on project delivery and mentor junior team members.
