Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus Master's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Three years of professional experience in a related field.

• Experience in Higher Education online course development and adult learning.
• Hands-on AI experience in instructional design workflows.
• Strong Canvas LMS administration and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape engaging, accessible online learning experiences for adult learners.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to develop AI-assisted materials and prompts.
• Support Canvas revisions and new course builds with accurate configuration.
• Provide Canvas admin support and troubleshoot for staff.
• Create AI-ready knowledge base and technical documentation for support tools.
• Promote Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and WCAG 2.2 standards across builds.
• Guide ethical AI use and governance within instructional design teams.
• Stay ahead of EdTech/AI trends to inform course design and operations.
