Roux Consulting, located in New York City, seeks an IT Solutions Architect to design and implement enterprise tech solutions focused on Microsoft products and AI technologies. You will bridge business strategy with technical execution to improve operations, automation, data management, and decision-making.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise solution design, deep Microsoft expertise, and strong communication to lead cross-functional discussions with stakeholders and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years designing and implementing enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint Online.
• Experience with Azure Open AI Services.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Understanding of identity management, security, governance, and compliance.
• Ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus but not required.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project management and solution delivery experience.
• Develop roadmaps, diagrams, and system architecture documentation.
• Continuous learning mindset with a passion for emerging technologies.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and optimize enterprise technology solutions centered around Microsoft products and AI technologies.
• Collaborate with business leaders, project teams, and infrastructure staff to deliver innovative solutions.
• Develop technical roadmaps, solution diagrams, and system architecture documentation.
• Lead AI adoption initiatives using Microsoft AI and other platforms.
• Review tenant configurations and make recommendations for secure operation.
• Evaluate business processes for automation, optimization, and digital transformation.
• Partner with security, infrastructure, and compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements.
