Job summary

Lightman Technology in Wisconsin seeks a driven sales professional to convert AI-generated leads into qualified opportunities for our AV, security, and low-voltage installations. Build relationships with homeowners, builders, designers, and property managers to generate referrals and drive revenue.

You will collaborate with our technical team on design and quoting, maintain CRM data, and travel as needed. Excellent communication and time management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
• Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car
• 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to leads from our AI lead generation tools and social media campaigns
• Find new opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and events
• Build relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and property managers who can send us repeat referrals
• Meet with prospects to understand their needs, timeline, and budget
• Qualify opportunities and hand them off to our technical team for design and quoting
• Stay in touch with clients through the process to keep deals moving
• Keep contacts, opportunities, and activity up to date in our CRM
• Share feedback from the field to help improve our marketing and content
• Represent Lightman Technology professionally in the community
