Culture Amp is seeking a Regional Marketing Director to lead North America marketing strategy from our Chicago, Austin or New York hubs. You will drive data-driven growth, align with sales and CX, and build a high-impact team. This role requires 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, strong leadership, and comfort with AI-enabled campaigns.

Travel as needed, manage regional budget, and partner with global marketing to bring programs to life in North America.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in enterprise software or SaaS.
• Proven ability to build data-driven regional marketing strategies.
• Leadership and cross-functional team management experience.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, SDR and global marketing teams.
• Comfort with AI tools in marketing execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data-driven North America marketing strategy.
• Align marketing with sales and CX for pipeline and experience.
• Partner with sales leadership and SDR teams to drive growth.
• Lead and develop a high-performing NA marketing team.
• Identify AI opportunities to accelerate campaigns and reporting.
• Foster AI fluency and manage change in workflows.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing team to implement global programs.
• Coordinate with global marketing on brand and comms.
• Own regional events, trade shows and webinars.
• Manage NA marketing budget and optimize spend.
• Establish KPIs and use data for continuous improvement.
