Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking an Agentic GEOINT Mission Management Lead to own the technical vision and hands-on execution of a platform that translates operator intent into mission plans. You will align GEOINT tradecraft with agentic AI, schedule tasks across hundreds of satellites, and ensure physical feasibility and explainability from prototype to accredited capability.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of GEOINT tasking and collection lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered agents
• Proven leadership on R&D or prototype efforts for IC/DoD
• Strong backend/API experience
• Ability to decompose complex mission problems into solvable parts

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision and roadmap for Agentic Mission Management
• Design an agentic architecture where an AI orchestrator calls mission capabilities as tools
• Develop and deploy production-ready AI agents with real orbital mechanics validation
• Build explainability and human-on-the-loop trust into recommendations
• Collaborate with domain experts to encode tradecraft, policy and safety into agent behavior
• Mentor a high-tempo team of AI and mission-software engineers
• Ensure outputs integrate with target decks, satellites catalogs, ephemerides, and access computations
• Ship code, tests, and documentation alongside agents
