Job summary

Snap Inc. is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to join Snap Inc. The role involves building state-of-the-art mobile and desktop web applications, following top-notch design and implementation practices, and delivering performant user interfaces.

You will work on shared libraries, analyze metrics, and use AI tools while ensuring secure, production-ready code. Preferred candidates have strong JS/TS, Java, Golang, Node.js, Python skills, front-end frameworks, unit testing, and a passion for scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of post-Bachelor software development experience; or Master’s degree +1 year; or PhD in a technical field
• Experience with full stack web development

Responsibilities

• Build state-of-the-art mobile and desktop web apps and systems
• Follow high-quality design and implementation practices
• Implement features and UIs to optimize performance of user-facing products
• Contribute to Snap’s engineering culture by working on shared libraries and systems
• Log and analyze operational and engagement metrics
• Utilize AI tools and high-velocity engineering workflows to design and ship scalable services with secure, production-ready code
