Job summary

Turing Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineering evaluator to create cutting-edge datasets and assess AI-driven code. The role focuses on Python across backend services, data pipelines, and ML infrastructure, with exposure to ReactJS, C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go.

You will work with researchers and cross-functional teams to improve enterprise-grade coding solutions. The contract, flexible engagement, requires 10–40 hours/week, is based in the United States, and offers a remote arrangement

Qualifications

Several years of software engineering experience (3 years or more).
Strong expertise in Python with frameworks and tooling for production-grade software.
Experience building full-stack applications and deploying scalable software.
Deep understanding of software architecture, design, development and code quality.
Excellent oral and written communication skills for clear evaluation rationales.

Responsibilities

Curate code examples and build Python-based solutions for AI model training.
Evaluate and refine AI-generated code for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI-driven coding solutions.
Build agents and automated verification tools in Python to verify code quality.
Hypothesize software-engineering steps and evaluate model capabilities on them.
Design verification mechanisms for automated solutions to tasks.
