Job summary

RainFocus is seeking a Full Stack Developer to build enterprise-grade web applications using Java and React. You’ll work across teams to learn RainFocus products, apply AI-driven approaches, and deliver scalable solutions for high‑impact events.

You’ll join a fast-paced, cross-functional team focused on integrating AI with user-friendly design, enabling smarter configurations and personalized experiences for clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience on full stack code bases and solving problems to delight users.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools to develop software products.
• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, or RAG architectures.
• Experience peer reviewing code with constructive feedback.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience in object-oriented design and programming.
• Experience with RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL) and advanced SQL.
• Experience front-end development with React, Angular, or Vue.
• Ability to balance engineering and product trade-offs.
• Strong backend experience in service-oriented architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain our core product set with a focus on usability, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and UX to build thoughtful, client-facing experiences.
• Build and iterate on advanced prototypes that integrate LLMs, APIs, and retrieval pipelines.
• Implement full-stack features—from database schema and backend services to frontend components and real-time interactions.
