Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Financial & Data Analyst for the Customer Solutions Group in Wilmington, MA. The role focuses on financial reporting, data analytics, and commercial finance to drive performance and actionable insights across stakeholders.

The candidate should have 2–4 years in FP&A or related fields, strong modeling and Excel skills, and experience with Power BI/Qlik/SAP/Anaplan. AI-enabled analytics and automation exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2-4 years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, business analytics, or a related area.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel skills and experience creating clear, executive-ready PowerPoint materials.
Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or similar platforms.
Experience with enterprise planning and finance systems such as SAP, Anaplan, or similar tools preferred.
Exposure to generative AI, AI-enabled analytics, workflow automation, or data modeling, is preferred but not required.
Ability to work with finance and technology partners to translate business questions into data, reporting, automation, or AI requirements

Responsibilities

Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain recurring financial reports with clear visibility into performance.
Revenue Forecasting & Consolidation: Support forecasting calendar and consolidation with stakeholders.
Reporting Governance: Assist Leadership with cadence, definitions, and standards for reliable information.
Data Analytics & Visualization: Build dashboards and self-service analytics to improve decision-making.
AI Enablement: Identify, test, and scale AI use cases including forecast insights and automation.
Data Readiness & Controls: Improve data quality, validation, and governance for analytics outputs.
Process Automation & Continuous Improvement: Map processes and reduce manual work via automation.
IT & Data Interface: Translate needs to reporting and automation requirements with tech teams
