Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, value creation, or operational improvement.
• Experience across one or more sectors including Financial Services, Retail, Technology, Life Sciences, or Health and Public Service.
• Proven ability to identify productivity improvements, cost efficiencies, and margin expansion.
• Proven problem solving with hypothesis-driven thinking and executive messaging.
• Experience engaging with senior executives and influencing strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects at the intersection of business, technology, data, and AI to design cost optimization approaches.
• Partner with clients to identify structural drivers of performance and develop actionable roadmaps.
• Advise on AI-enabled productivity strategies and transformation programs for sustainable advantage.
• Oversee and coach teams to deliver world-class strategy and performance improvements.
• Coordinate work across Accenture's industry and function teams to deliver integrated solutions.
