Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, value creation, or operational improvement.
• Experience with Fortune 500 organizations and large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to identify and deliver measurable productivity improvements and margin expansion.
• Analytical, hypothesis-driven thinking and ability to translate complex challenges into executive recommendations.
• Informed industry perspective across multiple sectors including Financial Services, Retail, Tech, Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver productivity transformation programs across cost optimization and operating model change.
• Partner with clients to develop actionable roadmaps that deliver measurable business impact.
• Advise on AI-enabled productivity strategies and enterprise reinvention programs.
• Lead senior client engagements, manage teams, and coordinate cross-functional work across Accenture's capabilities.
