Job summary

Kanini Software Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Applied AI Engineering Delivery Manager in Nashville to lead large-scale technology programs with AI integration.

You will drive delivery leadership, stakeholder alignment, and AI-enabled modernization while guiding teams across complex engagements. You will apply GenAI tools for estimation, risk modeling, and code review, fostering responsible AI practices and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of consulting and/or industry experience in technology delivery or engineering management roles.
• Experience leading large-scale application programs and complex delivery.
• Experience with AI-enabled software delivery and GenAI/agentic tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale application programs with focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements across the technology landscape.
• Lead projects related to system transformation and modernization, including AI-enabled practices.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets using AI tools for estimation and risk modeling.
• Collaborate with vendors, system integrators, and internal teams to ensure aligned delivery.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, using AI-driven insights to flag risks.
• Translate business requirements into system functionality and liaison with stakeholders.
• Mentor developers and analysts, promoting AI adoption in daily workflows.
• Promote Agile/DevOps with AI-assisted code review, testing, and release management.
• Establish guardrails for responsible AI use with human-in-the-loop oversight.
