Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Manager, Functional Transformation to lead AI-driven employee experience engagements on the Moveworks team. You will oversee implementation, expansion, and optimization for Fortune 500 clients, coordinating with HR, IT, and Security stakeholders.

You will mentor consultants, drive workshops, and manage integrations with platforms like ServiceNow and Workday, contributing to BD and knowledge sharing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience implementing enterprise platforms (Workday, ServiceNow) with configuration, API integrations, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on client work.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Moveworks engagements across implementation, use case expansion, and platform optimization, including scope, budget, resource, timeline, and risk management.
• Manage and develop consultants and senior consultants through day-to-day coaching, feedback, and performance oversight.
• Serve as a primary project-level client contact for stakeholders across Human Resources, IT, and Info Security.
• Lead workshops and design sessions to define user journeys, sprint priorities, and configuration decisions for knowledge management and AI capabilities.
• Oversee integration planning and delivery for Moveworks with platforms like ServiceNow and Workday.
• Contribute to business development and practice development activities, including proposals, scoping, client presentations, and knowledge sharing.
