Job summary

EY in the United States seeks software engineers for the Platforms Practice to tackle complex product challenges. You’ll join a team of product leaders, data scientists, designers, and engineers to build scalable software for mobile, web, and tablet interfaces, delivering UI components and services that meet business goals.

You’ll gather requirements, design interfaces, write clean code, and collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments, with occasional travel to engage stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically 2–4 years relevant experience.
• Experience building production scalable software systems.
• Programming languages: 3–5+ years with Java or C#.
• Nice to have: AWS or GCP experience; strong CS fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define user requirements across platforms.
• Design and develop UI components for mobile, web, and tablet.
• Write clean, maintainable code and create supporting specs.
• Travel may be required to meet with clients.
