Job summary

Tactica Solutions LLC seeks a Digital Solutions Architect to design and deploy an enterprise AI-enabled platform for predictive maintenance and readiness across military fleets. This 12-month, temporary position supports USASMDC/G-4 at Redstone Arsenal, with data engineering, analytics, and RAG capabilities to fuse maintenance, supply, and telemetry data into a unified COP.

The role requires DoD experience, a strong Python/SQL background, and expertise with Palantir Foundry or Army 365/Power

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Active Secret or TS/SCI security clearance (required).
• Experience with DoD logistics and maintenance systems is preferred.
• Strong Python and SQL data-engineering capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Data engineering and pipeline development across diverse data streams.
• Ingest, normalize, and reconcile data from military systems and logistics platforms.
• Develop predictive survival-analysis and maintenance optimization models.
• Design multi-persona dashboards for strategic leaders, logisticians and maintainers.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) interfaces with source-attribution.
