Job summary

Digitas in the United States is seeking a Digital Producer to own end-to-end digital and social production for a high-volume, high-visibility client. You will ensure work is delivered on time, on spec, and aligned to brand standards, while partnering with creative, account, project management, and global studio teams.

On a day-to-day basis, you will manage production workflows, lead a distributed network across the US, South America, and India, and serve as the main production contact for agency

Qualifications

• A four-year degree.
• 6-9+ years’ experience in digital production within an agency, studio, or in-house creative environment.
• Experience in and working knowledge of all disciplines of agency production (emphasis on digital).
• Proven ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams in a high-volume environment with shifting priorities.
• Localization/version management (markets, languages, legal lines).
• Familiarity with ad platform specs and trafficking requirements (Meta, YouTube, programmatic).
• Leadership, confidence, and a positive attitude at all times.
• Client-facing skills integral to the position (relationship management).
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and diverse talents.
• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own production workflow from intake to delivery.
• Connect US teams with studios in South America & India.
• Serve as primary production contact for agency partners; creative, account management, project management, media.
• Create/maintain Jira ticket workflows and track work to completion.
• Organize assets and versioning for easy tracking and updates.
• Build timelines, run kickoffs, standups, reviews, and status meetings.
