Job summary

Regal Rexnord is offering a Summer 2027 Digital Marketing Intern program in Milwaukee, WI. The hybrid role combines on-site work with remote days, spanning ~11 weeks from June 2 to August 13, 2027.

You will support marketing operations, data management, and AI-enabled initiatives under the Brand Marketing Manager. You’ll gain hands-on experience in automation, data governance, audience segmentation, and analytics while collaborating with Marketing, IT, Sales, and Digital teams to drive

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Product, AI, or related digital field.
• Understanding of data analysis and comfort with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools.
• Experience with process mapping, workflow documentation, or process improvement is a plus.
• Interest in developing AI agents and agentic solutions for business applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing automation initiatives to improve campaign execution, lead management, and reporting.
• Analyze marketing, customer, and engagement data to identify trends and recommendations.
• Manage data quality through cleansing, standardization, enrichment, and governance.
• Support personalization by building audience segments and customer journeys.
• Create dashboards, reports, and insights to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Assist in evaluating emerging digital technologies and AI-enabled solutions.
• AI Agent Development: design, build, and maintain AI agents to improve ops and productivity.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Sales, and Digital teams on initiatives.
