Job summary

Hadrian is hiring a Tech Lead for Detection & Response to own the security strategy and hands-on engineering across corporate, cloud, and factory environments. You will architect an AI-native detection stack, lead a small team, and drive incident response end-to-end in high-stakes scenarios.

You will mentor engineers, set technical direction, and partner with IT, infra, and compliance to meet ITAR and CMMC requirements while pushing detections and automation to the next level.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of security engineering experience with hands-on detection & response expertise.
• Experience leading a team or senior IC and setting technical direction.
• Proven ability to apply AI/LLM tooling to security workflows with caution and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own detection & response end-to-end across corporate, cloud, and factory environments.
• Design and build an AI-native detection and response stack with automation.
• Lead incident response from triage to postmortem in production environments.
• Mentor engineers and elevate detections, playbooks, and tooling.
• Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, and compliance to meet ITAR and CMMC requirements.
