Job summary

HumanTouch in McLean, VA seeks a Data & Automation Analyst to transform complex data into actionable decision intelligence for federal customers. You will design and deliver dashboards, API integrations, and automated workflows across the full solution lifecycle while expanding technical expertise.

Collaborate with architects, developers, and product teams to implement AI-enabled, governance-conscious data solutions that improve operational decision-making and outcomes for mission-critical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate findings into insights.
• Experience creating dashboards/reports using Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or similar.
• Experience configuring low-code/no-code apps/workflows/dashboards.
• Experience testing and improving data, automation, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Eligibility to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data transformation processes and pipelines.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and translate findings into visuals.
• Create dashboards, reports, KPIs, alerts to support decision-making.
• Build and support REST API integrations between external systems.
• Support solution development with scripting, automation, and data transformation.
• Profile, cleanse, and reconcile data across sources with governance in mind.
• Troubleshoot data, integration, and application issues; provide guidance.
• Participate in Agile solution delivery activities.
• Explore AI-assisted workflows and LLMs to enhance solutions.
