Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking an Enterprise Data Architect to join its Asset Management data program. You will define, document and operate the data strategy, and work hands-on with relational and cloud databases including Snowflake on Azure.

In this fast-paced team, you will prototype data solutions with SQL, Python, and Databricks, oversee data governance, data models, and data vault concepts, and collaborate with global partners to implement scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Experience building strategic data platforms and data products.
• Deep knowledge of Snowflake on Azure architecture and performance tuning.
• Proven capability in data governance, quality, security and AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Document data program roadmap, architecture and patterns.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver data-centric business solutions.
• Provide design-level expertise on data acquisition, warehousing, provisioning and distribution.
• Lead end-to-end data architecture discussions and mentor teams.
