Dexter is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to manage day-to-day security operations and to identify, investigate, and resolve breaches across the enterprise. The role emphasizes deployment of security solutions, policy development, and vulnerability assessments in a fast-paced environment.

You will work across IT, legal, privacy, and business teams, maintaining baselines, monitoring tools, and leading incident response activities with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• College diploma or degree in Computer Science or IT.
• Minimum five years of IT security or infrastructure experience.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Security certifications (e.g., CISSP or CISM) preferred.
• Ability to work proactively in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security industry trends.
• Deploy, configure, and integrate new security solutions per policies.
• Maintain baselines for secure configurations of devices and tools.
• Monitor security tools, review logs, and investigate incidents.
• Lead vulnerability assessments, pen tests, and audits.
• Automate security workflows and use AI-enabled security tools.
