Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
• Over 10 years professional design experience in ad agency or in-house creative department.
• Portfolio of previous work demonstrating ability to turn ideas into visuals.
• Experience with AI design tools (Claude AI, Canva).
• Proficiency with HTML, Bootstrap and Dreamweaver.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of stock and original photography, audio and video resources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, production and dissemination of creative content across products, marketing, websites and campaigns.
• Develop creative strategies for products and services.
• Lead and mentor creative team members.
• Implement use of AI in design development.
• Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Ensure design processes are accurate and efficient.
• Evaluate, source and manage external vendors.
• Analyze project performance and recommend improvements.
• Research industry trends and emerging technologies to keep strategies current.
