Job summary

MasterControl invites an exceptional student to join the Context Engineering team and build features for MissionControl using AI tooling. You will contribute to an open-source style desktop app and data analytics while collaborating with a large engineering org.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack features for MissionControl: React/TypeScript web UI, server, and MCP tools.
• Contribute to the Rust self-upgrading launcher and its supply-chain hardening.
• Write comprehensive tests (unit, integration, end-to-end) using Vi test and Playwright.
• Create data pipelines and work with PostgreSQL databases handling millions of records.
• Deploy services to Kubernetes and set up CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Use AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode) for rapid development, test generation, and code reviews.
