• Bachelor’s degree in computation biology or closely related field.
• Biology domain expertise to reason about biological data and engage with experimental scientists.
• Proficiency in Python for data science and application development.
• Experience analyzing heterogeneous datasets to identify trends and relationships.
• Experience building dashboards for data analysis and visualization for human users.
• Experience building backend services and APIs for data-facing applications.
• Understanding embedding technology across modalities and its creative applications.
• Experience using large language models for software and analysis.
• Strong collaboration and clear communication with varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex biological data analysis projects from framing through delivery using AI techniques.
• Design and build interactive dashboards for scientists to visualize and curate data.
• Build full-stack platforms and backend infrastructure supporting dashboards.
• Develop APIs and data pipelines exposing lab data and analyses.
• Apply embedding-based approaches across modalities to gain analytical leverage.
• Work with experimental scientists to translate goals into working tools.
• Communicate complex results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
