Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional investment banking experience at associate level or above.
• Background at leading banks or elite advisory boutiques in M&A, coverage, or capital markets.
• Strong proficiency in three-statement and transaction modeling (DCF, LBO, comps, merger math).
• Exceptional written communication with ability to justify why a piece of work meets or misses the bar.

Responsibilities

• Design precise, task-specific grading criteria for banking deliverables (financial models, valuation analyses, pitch decks, CIMs, deal memos).
• Score AI-generated and human samples against criteria with detailed written justifications for every score.
