Altana in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Senior Manager of Accounting to lead the monthly close, optimize procure-to-pay and quote-to-cash processes, and transform reporting accuracy with AI-driven solutions.

You will manage accounting workflows, drive SOX readiness, and serve as NetSuite expert, partnering with IT and Finance on system upgrades and integrations. The role anchors data integrity while mentoring a lean, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or administering a customer billing system.
• Strong communicator who can translate financial concepts for non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience with Navan, Tipalti, and/or Maxima preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close with accountability for checklists and reconciliations.
• Own procure-to-pay workflows and cross-functional collaboration with Procurement and Operations.
• Embed AI solutions into accounting workflows and drive system integrations.
