Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, CS, or Data Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to leadership.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
• Curious about AI and automation with hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Accounting to map current manual workflows (invoice processing, reconciliations, reporting).
• Identify candidate processes for automation or AI-assisted tooling.
• Build lightweight prototypes or proofs-of-concept (e.g., Excel/Python scripts, GenAI-assisted workflows).
• Document current-state and future-state processes for stakeholder review.
• Support pilot testing and rollout of approved automation solutions.
