Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking an AI Developer to work remotely, building high-performance Python-based AI/ML solutions and full-stack applications. You will design, train, and deploy models, integrate them into scalable web apps, and ensure security and performance.

Collaboration with data scientists and developers is essential. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of AI frameworks, and experience across the technology stack, including APIs, front-end interfaces, and deployment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AI/ML development and full-stack app building.
• Proficient in Python (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers).
• Experience with backend (Django/Flask/FastAPI) and frontend (React/Angular/Vue).
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps practices.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• AI/ML Model Development
• Design, build,fine tuneand train machine learning and deep learning models using Python.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
• Evaluate models usingdomainappropriate metricsand improve performance iteratively.
• Deploycustommodels to production environments (cloud/on-premises)usingMLOpsbest practices.
• Full-Stack Development
• Develophigh throughput, event-drivenmicroservices (RESTful APIs,GraphQL)for application backends and MCP servers to serve AI models.
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces for AI-powered applications.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $145,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Candidates must be able to obtain a USPS Public Trust Clearance. ThisrequiresUS Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status (Green Card), and the ability to pass a stringent background check.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development and full-stack application building.
• Programming:Strongproficiencyin Python (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow,PyTorch,Transformers).
• Full Stack:Experience with backend frameworks (Django, Flask,FastAPI) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Databases:Knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis), Oracle 19c, Azure Databricks
• Experience with databricks
• DevOps & Deployment:Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• General knowledge of Geospatial technology
• Version Control:Proficiencywith GitHub workflows.
• Mathematics & AI Concepts:Strong understanding of statistics, linear algebra, and machine learning algorithms.
