You will work on integrating AI copilots with contact center systems, ensure compliance, and tune model accuracy to improve CSAT, FCR, and efficiency in financial services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years focused on Microsoft AI and conversational AI technologies.
• Experience with CCaaS integration and contact center ecosystems.
• Proficiency in Python, C#, or TypeScript; REST APIs, Webhooks, NLU, and Prompt Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Build AI & Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI.
• Integrate AI copilots with CCaaS platforms and core banking/CRM systems via REST APIs and Power Automate.
• Enable automated member self-service and agent assistance with live summaries and next-best-action guidance.
• Ensure compliance with financial data privacy, security, and Responsible AI guidelines.
