Our Commercial Aircraft Group (CAG) in East Aurora, NY is currently seeking an AI Developer to join a collaborative and innovative technology team. In this role, you will support the development, implementation, and adoption of Artificial Intelligence solutions that enhance business processes, improve decision-making, and drive operational efficiency across the organization. You will partner with stakeholders across multiple functions to identify opportunities for AI-enabled innovation and deliver scalable solutions that support business objectives.

To be considered for this AI Developer role, here's what you'll typically need to bring with you:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline
• Experience developing software applications using modern programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar technologies
• Experience working with cloud platforms and services, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and machine learning concepts
• Experience developing, integrating, and supporting business applications and enterprise solutions
• Experience working with APIs, databases, and data integration technologies
• Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and Agile development practices
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience with Microsoft AI technologies, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, or Copilot solutions is preferred

As our AI Developer, you will make critical contributions by holding responsibility for:

• Design, develop, implement, and support AI-powered applications and solutions that improve business operations and user experiences
• Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies across the organization
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand challenges, define requirements, and develop AI-driven solutions
• Develop proof-of-concepts and pilot initiatives that demonstrate business value and support strategic objectives
• Build and maintain integrations between AI platforms, enterprise applications, databases, and business systems
• Develop and optimize prompts, workflows, and AI interactions to improve solution performance and effectiveness
• Support deployment, testing, validation, and ongoing enhancement of AI solutions
• Ensure AI solutions align with security, governance, compliance, and Responsible AI standards
• Partner with IT, cybersecurity, and business teams to support successful adoption of new technologies
• Create and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and support procedures
• Monitor solution performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend solutions that align with organizational goals
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to project teams and business stakeholders

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $100,000.00-$150,000.00 Annually
