Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Senior AI Engineer/Architect to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents and multi-agent systems in Irving, TX. The role combines hands-on development with architectural leadership to scale agent platforms and tool integrations.

The candidate should have leadership in deploying AI agents to production, strong Python/LangChain/LangGraph skills, and experience with RAG and vector databases. Hybrid onsite two days a week in Irving, TX.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• 1+ year of hands-on AI experience.
• Strong experience with Python, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Experience building and deploying AI agents into production.
• Understanding of RAG, vector databases, and LLM-based applications.
• Experience designing scalable multi-agent architectures.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI agents using open-source LLMs.

• Architect the AI platform for future extensibility.

Title: AI Agentic Engineer/Architect

Location: Irving, TX - Hybrid, 2 days onsite (Tuesday & Wednesday)

Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Compensation: $100/hr

Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer who can build, architect, and deploy production-ready AI agents using open-source LLMs. This is a hands‑on engineering and architecture role focused on taking AI solutions beyond POCs and into production.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI agents using open-source LLMs.
• Develop multi-agent architectures, including an agent aggregator that delegates tasks to specialized AI agents.
• Architect the AI platform so additional agents and capabilities can be easily added in the future.
• Use Python, LangChain, and LangGraph to develop agentic AI solutions.
• Integrate agents with MCP servers, APIs, and AI tools to execute business functions.
• Establish AI governance and identity controls, defining what AI agents are permitted to access and perform.
• Build and leverage vector databases and RAG to support agent decision-making and action authorization.
• Understand how to host and operationalize AI agents and vector databases in a production environment.
• Design and build an actual production product, not simply a proof of concept.
• Work at an architecture level while remaining highly hands‑on with development.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• 1+ year of hands‑on AI experience.
• Strong experience with Python, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Experience building and deploying AI agents into production.
• Understanding of RAG, vector databases, and LLM-based applications.
• Experience designing scalable multi-agent architectures.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• CIAM / Customer Identity & Access Management experience.
• Experience with AI identity and governance.
• Experience working with MCP servers and API/tool integrations.
• U.S. educational background.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on AI engineer with architect-level thinking. They should have experience taking an AI agent from development through production, understand how agents interact with tools/APIs, and be capable of designing a scalable multi‑agent platform rather than building a one‑off POC.
