Job summary

Real seeks a Software Developer - Agentic AI to design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI systems for software engineering, manufacturing, clinical operations, and business workflows. You will work with LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG, and tool integrations in a regulated medical device environment.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of SDLC AI experience, strong Python skills, and familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of software development across the SDLC with AI/ML and LLM apps.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Strong programming in Python plus TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, or Java.
• Expertise in modern LLM app development: prompt engineering, RAG, tool/calling, embeddings, and model evaluation.
• Cloud-native development with AWS/Azure/GCP; Docker, CI/CD, REST APIs, Git; regulated medical device experience preferred (FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 62304).

Our client is seeking a Software Developer - Agentic AI to design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI systems that enhance software engineering, manufacturing, clinical operations, and business workflows. This role will leverage LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG, tool integrations, and modern AI architectures to build reliable, secure, and scalable solutions within a regulated medical device environment.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 3-5 years of software development experience across the SDLC, including building, deploying, and integrating AI/ML and LLM-powered applications.
• Hands‑on experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Strong programming skills in Python plus experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, or Java.
• Expertise in modern LLM application development, including prompt engineering, RAG, tool/function calling, structured outputs, vector databases, embeddings, and model evaluation.
• Cloud‑native development experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including Docker, CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs, Git, and DevOps best practices; regulated medical device experience (FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 62304) preferred.
