Job summary

Tharp Consulting seeks a GCP Agentic AI Delivery Engineer to design, build, and deploy Agentic AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform. You will participate in discovery workshops and translate client needs into scalable GCP architectures.

You’ll develop proof-of-concept projects using Vertex AI, Gemini/Agentic AI, and BigQuery, guiding teams in product-led, Agile delivery and collaborating with global teams to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with GCP architecture and solution development.
• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud technologies, agentic workflows, and software engineering best practices (CI/CD).
• Certifications like Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or Machine Learning Engineer are preferred.

Responsibilities

Role Overview: The GCP Agentic AI Delivery Engineer is a technical expert responsible for designing, building, and deploying innovative Agentic AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Key Responsibilities: Participate in technical discovery workshops, translate client requirements into GCP-based solutions, and develop proof-of-concept projects leveraging Vertex AI, Gemini/Agentic AI, BigQuery, and related technologies. Guide teams on modern product-led engineering practices, facilitate agile delivery, and collaborate with global teams to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with GCP architecture and solution development, including modernization and AI solutions. Strong knowledge of Google Cloud technologies, agentic workflows, and software engineering best practices such as CI/CD. Certifications like Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or Machine Learning Engineer are preferred. Excellent communication, teamwork, and client-facing skills are essential.
