Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a senior data professional to design AI-native data workflows. You will build AI agents that can form hypotheses, run queries, interpret results, and draft recommendations with proper evaluation and human review loops.

You will enhance data retrieval, automate lifecycles, and ship internal data products for stakeholders daily. You should bring 6+ years in data science or data engineering, deep SQL skills, production Python, and hands-on LLM experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in data science, analytics engineering, data engineering, or related role.
• Deep SQL and analytics judgment for metrics, experiments, and models.
• Strong product sense for usable workflows and stakeholder needs.
• Production-oriented Python for building maintainable tools and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, or AI-powered workflows.
• Fluency with data pipelines and modeling tradeoffs in durable systems.
• Builder mindset to systematize manual processes and ship fast.
• Autonomy in defining roadmap and executing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents and systems for end-to-end data analysis workflows with review loops.
• Design retrieval and evaluation loops for reliable querying of the data warehouse.
• Turn AI-assisted workflows into repeatable, reusable data tools and patterns.
• Automate data lifecycles with self-healing pipelines and data quality checks.
• Develop AI-powered experiment analysis to interpret results and draft recommendations.
• Create internal data products used by stakeholders to replace ad hoc requests.
• Own the full lifecycle from hypothesis to production monitoring.
