Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a college program in computer science, data science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of programming, data analysis, or machine learning concepts.
• Teachable, positive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and to help.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying opportunities to apply AI/ML and data solutions to improve business processes;
• Support the design, development, testing, and refinement of AI/ML models and data-driven applications under the guidance of technical staff;
• Assist with collecting, cleaning, organizing, and documenting data used in AI/ML and data projects;
• Help implement, configure, and troubleshoot AI/ML tools and software used across the organization;
• Support the creation of reports and dashboards for business decision-making;
• Document AI/ML and data project workflows and results for internal reference; and
• Other duties as assigned
