Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior AI/Analytics engineer to drive an AI-powered customer engagement and analytics stack in the United States. You will architect RAG/LLM capabilities, design scalable data pipelines, and deliver front-end dashboards using Next.js.

You’ll translate complex analytics into leadership-ready presentations and collaborate with business partners to deliver end-to-end solutions. The role requires extensive experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and secure, scalable

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years of related experience at Senior level.
• Experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) design and optimization.
• Applied experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, function calling, and building or enhancing conversational AI interfaces or custom AI agents.
• Ability to design, build, and maintain advanced analytics dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
• Experience developing scalable front-end applications using Next.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Ability to architect and maintain data pipelines, ingestion workflows, and analytics platforms.
• Proven ability to build AI-powered analytics features, automated insights, and conversational interfaces.
• Familiarity integrating authentication systems (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML).
• Security Clearance Level: Must be able to obtain and maintain up to a Top Secret clearance
• US Citizenship Required.
