Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc invites students to join its Summer College Internship Program for a 10-week, paid experience with development workshops, mentoring, and meaningful projects across various tracks including AI, IT, analytics, and business. Interns attend workshops, network with leaders, and contribute to real initiatives.

Interns gain hands-on experience in AI, software development, and product design, while maintaining up to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate student enrolled full-time in a relevant program (Computing/IT or Math/Data Science).
• Pursuing Computing Sciences, IT, or Mathematics/Data Science with interest in AI/ML.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to interact with diverse audiences.
• Good academic standing and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with a mentor and support key strategic projects across divisions.
• Complete assignments based on business needs and priorities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations at internship completion.
• Collaborate in cross‑functional teams to explore AI‑driven solutions.
