PennEngineering is seeking an AI and Data Rotational Engineer to join our Data Engineering and Data Visualization teams in Danboro, PA. You will rotate across business units in the US or globally, learning how data and AI solutions support design, development, and operations.

You will contribute to building AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making across departments, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and continuously advancing your skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/CE/AI/DS with expected graduation May 2027.
• Programming in Python/R/SQL and ML framework exposure.
• Experience preprocessing data, feature engineering, and evaluating models.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle data collection, preprocessing, analysis, and visualization of large datasets.
• Assist in developing ML models for regression, classification, time series, NLP, and clustering.
