Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an Operations Lead to manage day-to-day operational support for an enterprise data, analytics, and AI environment in a hybrid on-prem and cloud setup. You will lead platform health, compliance monitoring, and data operations, while overseeing AI/ML Ops, DevSecOps, and vulnerability management initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in platform or data operations, experience with Snowflake and AWS, and PMP/ PMI-ACP certification, with ability to work in a hybrid DC-area

Qualifications

• US citizenship required and ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 10+ years of experience in platform operations, data operations, or related roles.
• Experience supporting Snowflake and AWS environments.
• Experience with AI/ML Ops and data operations.
• PMP and/or PMI-ACP certification.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in the DC area.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational activities including platform health, compliance monitoring, and data operations.
• Oversee AI/ML Ops, DevSecOps, and platform operations activities.
• Manage vulnerability scanning, patching, and platform compliance activities.
• Support operations and maintenance for analytics tools such as Alteryx.
• Provide enterprise-scale data management and operational support.
• Identify and implement automation and AI-driven efficiencies to improve performance and reliability.
• Coordinate closely with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure operational stability.
• Prior experience with security, compliance, vulnerability management and patching and platform upgrade activities (Alteryx, Business Objects etc.)
